How far away are the main attractions?

Orange Tree is only 13 minutes from Walt Disney World. Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes. One of the major reasons our community is such a sought after place to stay is the ease of access to all the major attractions, but the advantage of the peace and tranquility of its location.

Are there stores nearby?

There are stores available about two minutes away on Highway 27 with several supermarkets ( a very large Walmart) and pharmacies etc. There is also a supermarket about 10 minutes away that stocks a wide range of fresh seafood and has a large range of organic foodstuffs.

Are there any restaurants nearby?

There are a large number of restaurants on Highway 192 including: Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGI's, Denny's along with Chinese, Italian etc, (many of whom will deliver). There are also quite a few restaurants on US 27.

Are there any medical services nearby?

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Shopping Centre, 5 minutes away. This is situated beside a large drug store (Wal-greens).

What services are provided?

The homes are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

What resort entertainment is provided?

Orange Tree Resort has many amenities including a tot lot, basketball court, and a tennis court for the energetic!

You can book on-line from your chosen villa. Bookings are made directly with the owner and are subject to the individual owner's terms and conditions.
