How far away are the main attractions?

Orange Tree is only 13 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes. One of the major reasons our community is such a sought after place to stay is not only the ease of access to all the major attractions, but the advantage of the peace and tranquility of its location.

Are there stores nearby?

There are stores available close by on US 27 including Sweetbay, Publix, Winn Dixie and a large Walmart. These stores should stock everything you will need including a wide range of fresh seafood and organic foodstuffs.

Are there any restaurants nearby?

There are a number of restaurants close by on US 27 including Santa Fe, Chilis and various popular fast food outlets. A little further away on Highway 192 you will find Olive Garden, Red Lobster and Houlihans as well as other family favourites.

Are there any medical services nearby?

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there are at least two walk in medical centres within 5 minutes drive of Orange Tree on US 27, as well as the pharmacies CVS and Walgreens.

What services are provided?

The homes are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

What resort entertainment is provided?

Orange Tree Resort has many amenities including a tot lot, basketball court, and a tennis court for the energetic!
