'Buttermere' is a stunning 6 bedroomed villa which will provide a wonderful base for your vacation of a lifetime.

We are located in the heart of Orange Tree on an oversized corner lot in a peaceful and spacious setting.

The villa takes the form of an L-shape around the sunny southwest facing pool deck which captures the Florida sun from Breakfast time to sunset. By way of contrast our covered lanai faces northwest and provides plenty of shade for the hottest days. Being on a corner lot means that the pool deck is not overlooked by other property, and is screened by shrubbery for complete privacy. Access to the pool is via french doors from the family room, nook and master bedroom.

The floor plan of our villa is the largest on Orange Tree and provides ample and spacious accommodation for up to 14 people with two distinct living/dining areas. We have added many upgrades to the specification of 'Buttermere' for your convenience and comfort. Sleeping accommodation comprises a fabulous master suite with king size bed, a double bedroom and four twin bedrooms for maximum flexibility. In addition there is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room.
